In the summer of 2024, a customer in Quebec encountered operational issues with his newly purchased T50 agricultural drone. Unfortunately, his equipment supplier lacked the expertise to provide a solution.
We understood that summer is the busiest time for growers. Knowing how urgent the issue was, we drove hundreds of kilometers to visit the customer’s farm and assist him in person.
After a few hours of analysis and hands-on training, the customer finally understood what had been going wrong. To his surprise, he realized that his previous supplier had been teaching him to operate the T50 using outdated T40 instructions. It became clear to him that the supplier had not fully understood the new model—and that their support was far from reliable.
This is not an isolated case. Many suppliers fail to continuously update their knowledge, leaving customers struggling with unresolved issues.
