How to maintain your DJI Agras drones

The farmland plant protection operation environment is complex, and it is used every day when the operation period is tense. Therefore, it is very important to maintain the agricultural drone in your hand, and you can count on it to change to a better house.

Daily cleaning, no less than 10 minutes

    1. Spray system cleaning
    2. Cleaning of liquid tank, water pump, and pipeline

    • For internal cleaning, add clean water to the liquid box, turn on the spray, and clean the inside of the spray system several times.
    • For external cleaning, use a damp cloth to wipe the spray system components such as the liquid tank, water pump, spray boom, etc., and then use a dry cloth to dry the water stains.
    • Nozzle and filter cleaning

The nozzle and filter can be cleaned with a fine-bristled toothbrush. After cleaning, the nozzle and filter should be soaked in clean water for 12 hours.

    2. Power system cleaning

    The propeller, propeller clip, motor

Use a damp cloth to carefully clean up the pesticide residues on the surfaces of the propeller blades, propeller clips, and motors, and wipe off the water stains with a dry cloth. The blades need to be checked for cracks, and the blades should be replaced in time. Note that the blades need to be replaced in pairs.

    3. Battery and charger cleaning

Use a damp cloth to wring out the appearance of the battery and the charger, and then use a dry cloth to dry the water stains. The battery needs to regularly clean the metal reed with a cotton swab and alcohol, and the four-channel charger needs to regularly clean the dust from the heat dissipation port.

    3. Remote control cleaning

After the operation, fold the antenna of the remote control, and wipe the surface of the remote control and the display screen with a clean damp cloth (wring out the water).

    4. Airframe cleaning

After the wet cloth is wrung out, wipe the surface of the plant protection drone to remove the fuselage, including the liquid stains on the arms and the soil on the tripod. Do not use a high-pressure water gun over 0.7Mpa to flush the body.

    5. Spreading system cleaning

    • Liquid tank cleaning: Separate the tank from the spreader, wipe the inside and outside of the tank with a well-wrung, damp cloth, and dry the tank with a clean, soft dry cloth.
    • Spreader Cleaning: Clean with a soft brush and blow with dry air, then wipe with a clean soft dry cloth. Do not wash directly with water.

    Description of protection level:

The Agras T20 drone can be dustproof, waterproof, and anti-corrosion under normal use. Under controlled laboratory conditions, the protection level of the whole machine is IPX6 (refer to the IEC60529 standard of the International Electrotechnical Commission), and the whole machine is washable. The protection level of the avionics system (except barometer), spray control system, power ESC system, and radar module can reach IP67. Protection is not permanent and may be degraded by aging and wear over time. Damage due to immersion in liquids is not covered under warranty.

The protective ability may fail 1. A collision occurs and the seal is deformed; 2. The seal of the casing is cracked and damaged; 3. The interface protective cover or waterproof rubber plug is not installed in place or is loose.
