The Wonderfull Operator Support Program was created to help operators continue building practical knowledge long after their initial training has been completed.

Academy Course or Operator Support Program?

If you’re new to agricultural drones, we recommend starting with a Wonderfull Academy Course.

Our Academy Courses are designed to help operators develop the skills and confidence needed to safely operate DJI Agricultural Drones.

The Operator Support Program is different.

It isn’t another training course.

It’s designed for operators who already own a DJI Agricultural Drone and would like ongoing technical guidance while building real operating experience.

Whether you completed your training with Wonderfull or another organization, you’re welcome to join.

Year-Round Operational Support

Participants can contact Wonderfull throughout the year for guidance regarding:

Many situations don’t have one correct answer.

We’ll review your situation with you and help determine the most practical solution.

Flight Log Review

Flight Logs often provide valuable insight into what actually happened during a flight.

If something doesn’t seem right, we’ll review the Flight Log together and discuss the possible causes.

Many operators find that understanding one Flight Log helps prevent similar problems in the future.

Crash Analysis

If you experience:

  • An aircraft crash
  • Unexpected flight behaviour
  • Return-to-Home issues
  • Any unusual flight event

We’ll review together:

  • Flight Logs
  • Operating conditions
  • RTK/GNSS status
  • Flight path
  • Firmware version

Whether your aircraft was purchased from Wonderfull, another dealer, or you completed your training elsewhere, you’re welcome to join.
