Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who:
• Have a background in agriculture, industrial work, or equipment
• Have experience in drone sales, ag tech, or machinery (strong asset)
• Are comfortable working both in the field and with customers
• Enjoy solving real-world problems — not just selling products
• Prefer hands-on, practical work over desk-only roles
Ideal Background
• Farming / Crop production / Custom spraying
• Electrical / Powerline / Utilities / Industrial inspection
• Forestry / Land management
• OR previous drone industry experience
Role Breakdown
Agricultural Drone Sales
→ Work directly with farmers and spraying operations
→ Help clients adopt precision agriculture technology
Enterprise Drone Sales
→ Focus on powerline, inspection, mapping, and industrial clients
→ Develop long-term B2B relationships
Technical Service
→ Equipment setup, troubleshooting, and on-site support
→ Work closely with both sales and customers
Training Specialist
→ Deliver hands-on DJI Academy training
→ Support Advanced Pilot Certificate training & preparation
→ Help build skilled drone operators across Canada
