The commercial drone industry is moving quickly — but some of the most valuable knowledge does not come from a product brochure or a sales presentation.
It comes from people who have actually done the work.
At Niagara Drone Summit 2026, we are looking for growers, drone operators, end users, researchers, agronomists, technology professionals, business owners, service providers, public safety professionals and industry experts who can bring real experience, practical knowledge and different perspectives into the conversation.
You do not need to be a professional speaker.
If you have spent time operating in the field, serving customers, conducting research, managing projects, building a business, adopting new technology or learning from situations that did not go according to plan, your experience may be exactly what makes the discussion worthwhile.
EXPERIENCE MATTERS MORE THAN PRESENTATION EXPERIENCE
Some of the people with the most useful knowledge in this industry may never have spoken at a conference.
We do not want that to prevent them from participating.
A grower who has spent several seasons determining where drones fit into an actual farming operation may have valuable lessons to share.
An operator who has completed hundreds of commercial missions may have encountered problems that cannot be reproduced in a demonstration.
A researcher can help distinguish assumptions from what the evidence actually shows.
An end user can explain what influences a purchasing decision and what they actually expect from a drone service provider.
And someone who has spent years trying to build a commercial drone business may have learned lessons about customers, pricing, operations and sustainability that are rarely discussed publicly.
The value of a participant should come from the experience behind the conversation — not simply from experience standing on a stage.

There will be opportunities throughout Niagara Drone Summit for companies to introduce their technologies, products and services.
The purpose of the speaker and panel program is different.
We want to create conversations where experienced people can speak openly about what they are seeing in the field and in the market.
That includes successes — but also limitations, unexpected results, changing customer expectations, unanswered questions and lessons learned through actual experience.
Different perspectives are welcome.
You do not need to agree with everyone in the room to contribute something valuable to the conversation.
SPEAKING POSITIONS ARE NOT SOLD
There is no fee to participate as a selected speaker or panelist.
Speaking positions are not sold as part of an exhibitor or sponsorship package.
Participants are selected based on:
- Relevant experience
- Practical knowledge
- Subject-matter expertise
- Perspective
- Relevance to the discussion
- Overall panel and program balance
Submitting an application does not guarantee a speaking or panel position.
Our goal is to build discussions that bring together people with different but complementary perspectives.
